"Unprofessional and Poor Service from Kathy and the Team I had a very disappointing experience with Kathy. Unfortunately, Kathy was unprofessional and unresponsive even before we signed up with their office. She promised excellent customer service, assuring us that if we ever needed anything, we could easily get in touch with her, and she would handle everything. Sadly, that was far from our experience. Our policy includes towing coverage, and when I needed my vehicle towed, I had to pay out of pocket. I reached out to Kathy for assistance, and instead of helping directly, she simply gave me the claim adjuster’s contact at State Farm. I had to follow up with him myself to get reimbursed, which added unnecessary hassle. We also decided to add a personal policy, and shockingly, it took her four months of back-and-forth communication to reinstate it. Additionally, when we traveled out of the country, I spoke with Kathy about switching to liability-only coverage to reduce our premium for that month. She said this would result in a credit on our account, but that credit never appeared. To add to the frustration, we asked Kathy to remove one of our vehicles from the policy. She told us she would get to it when she had time, and it took her six days to finally remove the vehicle. This delay was unacceptable. There was also a time when she hung up the phone on me, which was incredibly unprofessional. I’ve had insurance for over 25 years and have never experienced such poor customer service. When I asked to speak with Luigi, thinking things might improve, I was disappointed to find the same unprofessional behavior. Overall, my experience with this office has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone."

"Called Monday,reached a gentleman working from home. I wanted to meet with Luigi but she was not available as she would be working from home for two weeks. He said he would message her to see if a meet up was possible. I thought I would hear from one of the two on Tuesday nope . Wednesday after chemo I stopped by the office just after 1:00pm, doors locked with the little clock saying return time would be 2:30pm. Damn really?"
